The platform administrator has full access to all applicants and members across the community, as well as settings in all areas of the site. The business administrator also has full access to platform users, but is not able to configure certain platform settings.
Click on “send message” on the Facilitator’s profile. Then, write your message in the “box" and click on the send button to deliver your message.
To add a profile picture or change your current profile picture, go to your news feed, then click on your name (top left) and hover over your profile picture. Finally, click on “update”.
There you can:
- Upload a photo from your computer.
- Add a frame.
- Select a photo you have already uploaded or one you are tagged in.
To change your password on the Community Platform once you are already logged in, click on the “Settings”” button in the top right corner of any platform page. Then, click on “Security” and then on “Edit”. Once there, you must enter the current password and the new password. Finally, click on “Save Changes”.
The Facilitator’s job is to encourage community members to participate and interact with other members on the community platform. The Facilitator creates an environment where everyone can discuss and debate in a respectful way. Furthermore, the Facilitator helps members look for solutions, learn from each other’s perspectives, and consider different points of views.
